Pricing FAQs

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. We provide a free initial crawl of your site so you can see how UniFind works on your own content before subscribing.

What happens if I go over my plan limits?

No disruption — we simply add overage charges at the end of the month: $20 per 1,000 extra pages and $10 per 1,000 extra queries. You’ll also receive usage alerts when you’re close to your limits.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you need immediate adjustments (e.g., seasonal spikes), contact support and we’ll help.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. All plans are billed monthly by default, and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is available at a discount (2 months free).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Business or Enterprise plans, we also support invoice billing on request.

What if I need more than the Business plan allows?

Contact us for a custom plan. We can scale UniFind to handle very large sites, multiple brands, or enterprise security requirements.
